Supervision

I have extensive experience of working as a supervisor both in private practice and within the NHS and have a diploma in supervision from the Society of Analytical Psychology. Although supervision is a requirement for all practising psychotherapists, it is something which I hope can be nourishing and rewarding, as well as sometimes challenging.

Supervision is a particular interest and passion of mine and I particularly enjoy working collaboratively with therapists at all stages of their career to understand the work we do and the therapeutic relationship which is at the heart of this. The Jungian approach to supervision particularly values the symbols that arise from the work but I also draw on other trainings in trauma, attachment and dissociation to help supervisees to feel skilled and supported when working. I can adapt my approach to suit your needs and experience and can offer individual and group supervision.
